Canadian Programme of  francophone scholarships (PCBF) 2007/2008

        The Canadian government offers scholarships to pursue academic studies in Canada. Only applications presented for the year 2008/2009 will be taken into consideration. These application forms should be filled in at the scholarship office at la Direction de la Formation des Cadres before 20 November 2007

At an official ceremony organised on October 26th 2007 at the national Institute of Post and Telecommunications

(INPT) in Rabat, a presidential medal was offered to professor Rahma Bourqia by Indiana State University in acknowledgment of the services she rendered at the international level.

This medal as well as a commemorative present were offered to the university president Rahma Bourqia by ISU president Mr Lloyd Benjamin in the presence of an American delegation, H2UMC staff and other personalities
